If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires, by a clear written statement.

You may do so by:

• email, or
• submitting the Exchange & Return Form available on our website

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from the contract:

• we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, if applicable
• refunds will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return
• refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed

• Goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of withdrawal
• Goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, where possible
• You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning

• The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or required by law
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal

This Policy applies to voluntary returns and withdrawals.

It does not affect your statutory warranty rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods, which are governed by applicable law and explained in our Warranty Policy.
