These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the conditions of purchase.
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This website is operated by a paušalni obrt (flat-rate sole trade) registered in the Republic of Croatia. By using this website and/or entering into a purchase contract, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Order Process
To place an order on Bombusmart, the user must follow these steps:
- Select the desired product and add it to the virtual shopping cart.
- Proceed to the checkout page and provide the necessary delivery and contact information.
- Select a preferred payment method and delivery option.
- Review the order summary and confirm the purchase by clicking “Place order” button.
- The contract is considered concluded once the user receives an automated order confirmation via email.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
Pursuant to Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act, VAT is not charged:
“PDV nije obračunat temeljem članka 90. Zakona o PDV-u.”
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/Debit cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in cash or via supported card terminals to the courier at the time of delivery
Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed or delivered.
Payment by Credit/Debit cards is processed at the moment of order confirmation and charged immediately upon authorization.
Cash on Delivery Terms
- By selecting COD, the customer enters a binding agreement to accept the shipment and pay the full order amount upon arrival.
- If the shipment is refused or not collected without valid justification (e.g., damaged goods), the customer may be held liable for the direct costs of shipping and return handling.
- Payment must be completed in full before the courier releases the package.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected misuse.
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days from payment confirmation.
Delivery is available only within Croatia.
Delivery costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation and depend on the selected delivery method and delivery address.
Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the delivery service provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right, you must notify us by email or written notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Return Conditions
- Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction (credit /debit card or other selected payment method), unless otherwise expressly agreed

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Croatian courts.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), consumers have the right to submit a written complaint regarding purchased products or provided services.
Submitting a Complaint

We will confirm receipt of the complaint without delay and provide a written response within 15 days from the date the complaint is received.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers may initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body in the Republic of Croatia.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, consumers may submit disputes electronically via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures but are willing to consider them on a case-by-case basis.
